Why I Championed Igbo Presidency 2023 by Comrade Kennedy Iyere

A social activist and the convener of the 40Million Ballots Movement Comrade Kennedy Iyere, has stated why he is one of the few people championing the Igbo Presidency 2023 and the Peter Obi Candidacy; stressing why he does not take nonsense from anyone when it comes to issues relating to the 2023 Presidential Election.

According to him, “I saw it before anybody else, I started it before anyone else, it was in Awka on the 6th October, 2020 when Covid-19 was still at its peak. I convened and hosted key national leaders, who included political elites, businesspeople and key members of religious groups and the civil society; where I launched a pro-Igbo political liberation movement known as GLOBAL MOVEMENT FOR IGBO PRESIDENCY (GLOMIP 2023). To be sure, you can type that name into your Google serach and see what actually erupted the agitation by the key ethnic nationalities for the shift of the 2023 presidential seat to the IGBOS.

I amplified and kick-started on a large scale the inter-ethnic agitation for presidential power-shift to the Southeast in 2023. On the 7th October, 2020 after the launch of “GLOMIP 2023″, my team met with His Excellency Mr. Peter Obi at Nsukka and I till date, the outcome of that meeting remains a top secret; I have kept this to myself. When Peter Obi gets sworn into Office as President in 2023, I shall release a detailed news report on what transpired at the said meeting” he said.

“When you watch some of my videos, you will see that the first Speaker who also co-chaired the event is Senator Ben Obi (Ojeligbo), he is the BOT Chairman of Atiku’s University in Yola (Abti-American University of Nigeria). He is also a BOT Member of the PDP and the closest friend of Peter Obi. The second woman you will see on of the videos is Her Excellency, Iyom Josephine Anenih, former PDP National Women Leader, former Minister of Women Affairs and Wife of Chief Tony Anenih (late).

Comrade Kennedy Iyere Today, these two Igbo elites are among the strongest pillars behind Atiku Abubakar today, the presidential candidate of The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in this 2023 election. The first woman who spoke in that event (video) stood in for Her Excellency Kema Chikwe, Nigeria’s former Ambassador to Ireland and former Minister of Aviation, as well as former National Women Leader of PDP. She lost her sister during the period of the event, so her speech was presented by a close ally of hers.

Also, Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife CFR, former Governor of Anambra State, spoke at the event. He was Chairman of the Occassion. Dr Tanko Yunusa, who is currently the Chief Spokesperson to Obi-Datti Campaign Coumcil was also my Guest Speaker at the meeting.

This was the event for which I paid money to the 7 state Chairmen of Ohanaeze Ndigbo but they failed to turn up for the event after collecting my money. As you may have rightly noticed, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo was not there. But you must be reminded at this point that the then Chairman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo UK, Dr Nnanna Igwe flew down with his team from the UK to participate as a Guest Speaker in the event.

Thus, I have over 200 videos on my archive which speaks for me and at the right time, I will reveal the unknown truths but let us first elect Peter Obi and then we will share or tell the story of how it was achieved.”
